The art of Suzanne Walsh is primarily abstract/non-representational work exploring the darkness and the light of the internal psyche.

Suzanne uses colour intuitively while constantly exploring techniques, mediums and materials which influence the outcome of her imaginative process.

Welcome to Think Space Art Gallery and Studio

Living in time is always dynamic. My work explores different forms of identities, objects and landscapes . Each series questions the problem of knowing and what does a new knowing look like in real time and space. The ability the know something parallels our ability to create a form of our knowing. This is central to my work.

Broňa's art has been deeply influenced by the sacred symbolism inherent in Canadian Woodland art.
As a former professional dancer Broňa’s stunning paintings are intricately choreographed with beautifully fluent form and razor-sharp lines. From nature she derives personal inspiration and a sense of the inter- connection between all life forms. Simply put; her paintings celebrate love. Using symbols she explores various aspects of life, death, femininity, motherhood, freedom, relationships, and the sanctity of sexuality.

I have a background in the natural sciences and landscape architecture and both my academic and professional life has focused on human and non-human animals and issues of space, ecology, design and sustainability. My art stems from these experiences and ranges from the study of animal form and sensibility to human sexuality and the representation of landscape. Recent paintings have focused on the use of form from abandoned animal exhibits in zoos to create “natural” landscapes – symbolically returning animals to the wild.

I am me, I was born in Poland sometime in 1986. Moved to Toronto Canada with my family when I was seven and been here since. During my formative years I took high school art. Strangely it wasn't till years after my studies that I began focusing on creating content for the sake of art.
