Patti Waterfield worked at the Toronto Public Library while she attended Art School. In 2008 Patti decided to take stock of her life in Toronto and made the decision with her partner to live a life that concentrated on making art.
Patti and her partner re-located to Owen Sound in 2012, where she lives in a semi-wild location on the edge of town.
She maintains a studio at the historical Old a Courthouse Stduio Building in Owen a Sound where she paints landscapes, stills and birds.
In Owen Sound she exhibits at the Santa Fe Gallery. Patti's work can be seen in select cafes and stores in Owen Sound, at the Bruce Peninsula Artists' Co-Op in Ferndale Ontario, and the Bruce Peninsula Studio Tours in July and September.
