Toronto abstract artist, Gloria Green began painting just over a decade ago. Working as a Clinical Dietitian at the Pediatric Oncology Unit at SickKids, Toronto, Gloria became inspired by the stories of hope and courage of her patients and sought an expressive and tangible medium. Gloria’s paintings shine with feeling and sentiment and range from flowing ethereal blends of color to vibrant, playful or tranquil compositions. She works with acrylic and mixed media on a large scale, creating impact with her use of colour, technique and design. Her abstract paintings have been exhibited at a myriad of venues, donated to various charitable organizations and can be found in both private and corporate collections.
