Carrie Chisholm, AOCAD, MFA
Carrie is a Toronto-based artist, a graduate of OCAD’s Communication and Design program, their Advanced Visual Studies Certificate program (Florence, Italy campus) and has obtained a Masters in Fine Art through RMIT University in Melbourne, Australia in 2006.
She works in a various and diverse array of media and has built her reputation through a 13-year exhibition track record. She has garnered awards through the juries of the Toronto Outdoor Art Exhibition and Mississauga’s Living Art Centre, along with grants/bursaries through Visual Arts Ontario, the Ontario Arts Council, Canada Council of the Arts and the Canadian Museum Association. In 2008 she was honoured by the LUMINATO arts festival as one of Toronto’s ‘Milles Femmes Magnifiques’, acknowledging the top 1000 creative women in the city.
Her work can be found in corporate and private collections in Canada, the U.S., Australia, and Italy.
